Q: How do I book my event?

A: Fill out our contact form under the “venue rental” tab, call  or text us at 423-486-5072.

 

Q: What type of events does The 107 book?

A: Anything from weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate,  proms and corporate.

 

Q: Do you host weddings for same sex couples?

A: Yes, absolutely.

 

Q: Do you allow outside catering?

A: Yes!  All outside catering vendors must be licensed and insured.

 

Q: Do you allow alcohol?

A:  Yes we do, however, The 107 exclusively handles all bar, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

Q: Do you require event insurance?

A: Yes, with a minimum of $1M in coverage and host liquor liability. 

 

Q: What if it rains the day of my event?

A: No problem, we are completely indoors with a covered entrance for drop offs. 

 

Q: What do you require to reserve a date?

A: We require 50 % of the total cost to reserve your date.

 

Q: Do you supply linens?

A: Yes, we have a variety of house linens to choose from.

Q: What are the nearest hotels to the venue?
A: We  have several within walking distance including Mainstay Suites, Holiday Inn, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, Red Roof Inn, and SureStay Plus by Best Western, etc.

 

Q: Do you have wheelchair access?

A: Yes!  The entire venue accept the small upstairs lounge is wheelchair accessible.

 

Q: Who is my contact on the day of my event?

A: The event attendant assigned to your event. 

Q: Are there any additional fees for your venue?

A: Yes! Please incorporate the following into your budget when looking at our venue. A 20% service charge is added to all catering, drink packages and venue rental fees along with any applicable sales or beverage taxes. We will be more than happy to provide you with a detailed quote and work within your budget whenever possible.
