Sitting adjacent to The 107 Venue, this cozy, intimate space is perfect for small get togethers, girls night out, birthdays, bridal and baby showers for up to 80 people. Our main room is a blank canvas with beautiful stained concrete floors and nearly any type of décor setup desired.
Our friendly staff will create an all inclusive package providing you with everything needed to show up and enjoy a few hours with your friends and family. Let us create an all inclusive small event package that includes: food, beverage drink stations, bar packages, décor, setup, cleanup and more.
Catering/Bar
The 107 offers a variety of catering options from heavy appetizers to buffet style bars. Our food is always made from scratch and sourced locally whenever possible. If we don't have what your looking for we welcome approved outside caterers. All beverages are provided exclusively by The 107, ensuring one less item on your list to worry about. We have drink packages for every budget including cash bars.
Packages
We have a variety of package options for our micro-event space. Anything from a small formal event to a casual girls get-together or business meeting we have the amenities you need to make your event amazing.
Our rates start at $150 per hour.
*Please Note: all hourly rates have a minimum of 3 hours plus a refundable $250 cleaning fee
